Bajaj Finance moves up on raising Rs 1,400 crore via NCDs

Bajaj Finance is currently trading at Rs. 3278.20, up by 28.15 points or 0.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 3250.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3289.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3300.00 and Rs. 3243.80 respectively. So far 53018 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3761.35 on 05-Jul-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1912.00 on 08-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3348.00 and Rs. 3210.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 190353.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.26%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.54% and 12.20% respectively.

Bajaj Finance has raised funds worth Rs 1,400 crore through allotment of 14,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh on Private Placement basis. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on September 05, 2019 has allotted the same.
