The copy of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting is enclosed herewith. The Cutoff date for remote e-voting is Monday, 23 September 2019. The remote e-voting shall commence on Friday, 27 September 2019 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on Sunday, 29 September 2019 at 5.00 pm. Further, in pursuance to the requirement of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Tuesday, 24 September 2019 to Monday, 30 September 2019, for the purpose of annual general meeting.
