Citi Port Financial Services has informed that, the Company has already submitted the standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 as on 13th August, 2019 pursuant to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. But did not submit the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 as on that date relying on the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD1/80/2019 dated 19, July 2019, which states that consolidated financial results need to be submitted from quarter ended 30th September, 2019 onwards. The non-filing of consolidated results was caused due to ambiguity in the interpretation of SEBI Circular and as requested by you for submission of consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2019 a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on 05th September, 2019 and considered & approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019 (standalone & consolidate), in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and IND AS.
