Further, informed that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013and Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 read with Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 23rd September, 2019 to Monday, 30th September, 2019 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
