Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 6,43,321.69 crore on September 6 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 1,00,80,814.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 20,596.56 crore, Stock Futures Rs 40,890.65 crore and Index Options Rs 5,43,591.87 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 38,242.61 crore.
For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.86, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.88 and that of Stock Options was 0.59.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on Bosch (5.71), Ramco Cements (3.63), Shree Cement (3.33), Cummins India (1.56) and Cholamandalam Investment and Fin Co (1.35).
Among most active underlying, Reliance Industries witnessed a contraction of 0.31 million units of Open Interest in the September month futures contract, followed by State Bank of India witnessing an addition of 2.00 million units of Open Interest in the September month contract, Maruti Suzuki India witnessed an addition of 0.09 million units of Open Interest in the September month contract, Infosys witnessed an addition of 3.32 million units of Open Interest in the September month contract and Indiabulls Housing Finance witnessed an addition of 3.07 million units of Open Interest in the September month future contract.
