Vivimed Labs has entered into definitive agreements for transfer and sale of its wholly owned subsidiary-- Vivimed Labs Europe to Vivimed Specialty Chemicals UK (buyer) which forms part of the Speciality Chemical business of the company, pursuant to the shareholders resolutions passed through postal ballot notice dated on August 23, 2018.The transaction is supported by foreign institutional investor on behalf of buyer.
