The United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed inspection at Choksi Laboratories’ contract test lab situated at Indore in Madhya Pradesh. The inspection was conducted from September 02, 2019 to September 06, 2019. At the conclusion of the inspection, the USFDA issued a Form 483 with observations.
