Housing Development Finance Corporation(HDFC) has informed that the corporation on September 06, 2012 allotted 8,41,300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 8,41,300 warrants by 73 warrant holders of the corporation.
Further, the company informed that the corporation has extinguished the said 8,41,300 warrants. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 307,61,05,540 consisting of 153,80,52,770 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
