MPS has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by designated persons, will be closed from September 16, 2019 up to the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.
