Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, Carborundum Universal has informed that Jagannathan Chakravarthi Narasimhan, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has tendered in his resignation from the Company as he is relocating back to Bengaluru for personal reasons. He would be demitting office in due course after the Board meeting scheduled in October 2019 for consideration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for period ended 30th September 2019. The Company is in the process of taking necessary steps to fill in the vacancy caused by Jagannathan's resignation.
