Trescon has informed that certain inadvertent, typographical printing and typesetting errors were noticed in the Annual Report 2018-19 after the same was submitted to the Stock Exchange on 07th September 2019. As such, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Regulations, the company submits a copy of the revised Annual Report for the financial year 2018-19. Further, the company informs that the said corrections have no impact on the financial statement of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019.
