Piramal Enterprises has raised funds worth Rs 690 crore via non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company has received an approval for the allotment of 6,900 secured, unrated, unlisted redeemable NCDs each having a face value of Rs 10 lakh aggregating to Rs 690 crore on private placement basis. The Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 16, 2019, approved the same.
