Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, IDFC has informed that on September 21, 2019 the Board of the Directors of the Company will consider and declare Interim Dividend on paid up equity share capital of the Company. The interim dividend, if approved by the Board, shall be payable to all those equity shareholders, whose names appear in register of members of the Company as on September 30, 2019, being the record date for the purpose of the aforesaid interim dividend.
