Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has received approval for scheme of amalgamation between Lincoln Parenteral and Lincoln Pharmaceuticals. The proposed amalgamation intend and seek to achieve flexibility and integration of size, scale and financial strength. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2019 has approved the same.
