The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2523.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 3268.08 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 744.78 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1656.21 crore with gross sales of Rs 1364.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 292.19 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 34.96 crore against gross selling of Rs 33.88 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1.08 crore in hybrid segment.
