Physical Rubber prices witness weakness on Friday

Physical Rubber prices showed weakness on Friday on account of sluggish demand from domestic stockists and tyre makers. Further, expectation of a rise in domestic production this season, too added pressure on rubber prices.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to 127/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 130/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety fell to 123/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 126/ kg.
