Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 33,43,696.98 crore on September 26 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 5,01,82,417.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 62,810.46 crore, Stock Futures Rs 1,17,840.62 crore and Index Options Rs 30,78,849.58 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 84,196.32 crore.
For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.73, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.74 and that of Stock Options was 0.55.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on Bosch (18.00), Cummins India (3.23), Tata Motors (3.04), MRF (2.00) and Justdial (1.71).
Among most active underlying, State Bank of India witnessed an addition of 27.60 million units of Open Interest in the October month futures contract, followed by Reliance Industries witnessing an addition of 5.75 million units of Open Interest in the October month contract, ICICI Bank witnessed an addition of 18.48 million units of Open Interest in the October month contract, Axis Bank witnessed an addition of 10.44 million units of Open Interest in the October month contract and HDFC Bank witnessed an addition of 5.95 million units of Open Interest in the October month future contract.
