JK Cement commissions 1 MnTPA grey cement grinding capacity

JK Cement has successfully commissioned 1 million tonne per annum (MnTPA) grey cement grinding capacity at J.K.Cement Works, Nimbahera and 8000 tonnes per day (2.64 MnTPA) of grey clinker capacity at J.K.Cement Works, Mangrol, District Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, units and also commenced commercial despatches on September 29, 2019.

The work of 1 million tonne per annum grey cement grinding capacity at Mangrol, and split grinding unit (of 1.5 MnTPA capacity) at Aligarh, U.P. and Balasinor, Gujrat (of 0.7 MnTPA capacity) are in advanced stage of completion.

JK Cement is one of the largest cement manufacturers in north India. It is also second largest producer of white cement in India. The company exports white cement to countries like South Africa, Nigeria, Singapore, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, UAE and Nepal.
