Kilpest India has informed that the Shareholders of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on 25th September 2019 has declared Dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (as recommended by the Board of Directors) for the F.Y 2018- 19. Payment of such dividend shall be made on or after 04th October 2019 to all the beneficial owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the data made available by the NSDL and CDSL as on the close of business hours on 18th September 2019 and to all members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transfers in respect of transfer requests lodged with the Company on or before the close of business hours on 18th September 2019.
