Subrata Saha ceases to be a director of the Company on and on close of Business Hours of 30th September, 2019 on expiry of his term of appointment as Independent Director on that date. He had been appointed as Independent Director for a period of 5 years on and from 01.10.2014 up to 30.09.2019. He had conveyed earlier that he would not continue as Independent Director on expiry of his term and the same had been communicated to the shareholders vide our Report of the Directors.
