Indiabulls Housing Finance has repaid Rs 1,330 crore which raised through Masala Bonds. Bonds were issued by the company in September 2016 and maturing on October 15, 2019. The Company has made the repayment of the entire maturity proceeds from the prefunding done to Axis Trustee for the same.

Indiabulls Housing Finance is the second largest private housing finance company in India, regulated by the National Housing Bank (NHB).
