In continuation to communication dated September 30, 2019 pertaining to closure of trading window, IIFL Home Finance has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 to consider and approve the financial results of the Company for the half year ending on September 30, 2019. In this regard, the trading window will be closed till 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting.
