PNB Housing Finance has disbursed loan worth Rs 4,970 crore in Q2FY20. The Retail disbursements during the quarter were Rs 4,718 crore and Corporate disbursements were Rs 252 crore. The Asset under Management is Rs 89,471 crore and Loan Asset is Rs 74,353 crore as on September 30, 2019.
During Q2 FY19-20, the Company securitized loans amounting to Rs 3,580 crore through direct assignment route.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
