Pursuant to the directions contained in Para 6.1(ii) of the ad-interim ex-parte order bearing number WTM/GM/CFD/35/2019-20 dated September 17, 2019 passed in the matter of the company, as disclosed by the Company on September 18, 2019, CG Power and Industrial Solutions has informed that the Company had requested Gautam Thapar to step down as the Director of the Company and as the director of PT CG Power Systems Indonesia (an unlisted material subsidiary of the Company) (enclosed herewith as Annexure I).
