FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 18 data: NSDL

18 Oct 2019 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5758.41 crore against gross selling of Rs 4484.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1274.38 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2335.92 crore with gross sales of Rs 2052.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 283.72 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19.77 crore against gross selling of Rs 25.23 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5.46 crore in hybrid segment.
