Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bervin Investment & Leasing has informed about submission of the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2018- 19, duly approved and adopted by the shareholders at the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30th September, 2019. Further in terms of Circular no. LIST/COMP/40/2018-19 dated 8th February, 2019 and subsequent clarification vide circular no. LIST/ COMP/13/ 2019-20 dated 16th May, 2019 with regard to filing of Annual Report in XBRL mode under Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is duly clarified that those Companies which are exempted from filing AOC-4 in XBRL mode with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, are also exempted from filing AOC-4 in XBRL format with the exchange as well.
