Ultratech Cement reports 63% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Ultratech Cement has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2019.

The company has reported 72.34% rise in its net profit at Rs 639.19 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 370.88 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 4.72% at Rs 9435.86 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 9010.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 62.60% in its net profit at Rs 578.55 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 355.82 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 4.07% at Rs 9774.16 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 9392.03 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
