Furtherance to letter no: CO/SEC/4(7)/2019/ BSE & NSE Filing/33 dated October 23, 2019 on the update on Indefinite Strike by Workmen Unions of the Company, Hindustan Aeronautics has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Workmen Unions at Nasik, Hyderabad, Lucknow & Koraput have also called-off the Strike & the Workmen have resumed duty with effect from October 23, 2019.
