Zuari Agro Chemicals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 25/10/2019, has approved the proposal to restructure its fertilizer business with a view to monetize & consolidate all its bulk fertilizer operations. It has decided to incorporate another Company, under the name of 'Zuari FarmHub', which will operate its Retail, Speciality Nutrients and the proposed FarmHub business, for which the company is also seeking investments from Strategic and /or Financial Investors. A Committee of Board of Directors has been formed to achieve implementation of plans for the restructuring & monetization activity. Further to the announcement dated 30th September 2019 the Board at its meeting held on 25th October 2019 decided to defer the Consideration & approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2019. The Board will now consider & approve the said results at the Meeting scheduled on 8th November 2019.
