Further for the purpose of above and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Person from Tuesday, October 01, 2019 till Forty Eight hours post the date of Board Meeting. It means that the designated persons of the Company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Tuesday, October 01, 2019 till Saturday, November 09, 2019.
