Info Edge (India) has entered into an agreement to acquire securities in Metis Eduventures (Adda247) for an amount of about Rs 7.06 crore, through Secondary Purchase of Shares from its existing shareholders.
As part of company’s strategic investments, the acquisition would help the company to diversify its presence into new line of business within the Internet Services/Tech Industry.
