ABC India has received an approval for sale of 19% shareholding out of present 24% shareholding in Nissin ABC Logistics subject to execution of necessary documents for a consideration of Rs 16.30 crore. The board at its meeting held on September 15, 2012 has approved for the same.

ABC India has been a pioneer in the field of logistics since its inception, when there were hardly any other organized cargo transporters in India. Today, it is serving India and the world through a network of more than 150 locations all over the country and associates across the world.
