Winsome Breweries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2019, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Result for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2019. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 01st October, 2019 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, that is up to 16th November, 2019. The Trading Window will be resume from 17th November, 2019.
