The officers from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have visited the corporate office and factories of Sharon Bio-Medicine on November 05, 2019 to conduct a preliminary investigation. The investigation is being carried out pursuant to a complaint preferred by one of the lenders of the company, with regard to actions taken by the erstwhile promoters of the company prior to commencement of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
