Anupam Finserv has informed that as per SEBI circular No: CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 7, 2016, since IND AS is applicable to the company for the first time in the financial year 2019-20, an extension of one month is granted to all entities implementing IND AS for the first time for submission of IND AS compliant Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 and September 30, 2019. Further with reference to the above and upon recommendation of the Audit Committee and in consultation the statutory Auditor of the company, it has been decided to postpone the Board Meeting of the Company for approving the Standalone Un-Audited Flnand al Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019. In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 26th November, 2019 to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2019.
