Emami reports 16% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Emami has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2019.

The company has reported 21.72% rise in its net profit at Rs 95.67 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 78.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.46% at Rs 608.48 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 576.97 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 16.44% in its net profit at Rs 95.99 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 82.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 6.80% at Rs 676.43 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 633.37 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
