Vimta Labs has decided to acquire 100% equity shares of Emtac Laboratories and to make it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2019 has approved the same.
Further, the company’s board has also approved a plan for starting testing services for Electrical and Electronic products.
Vimta Labs is India’s leading contract research and testing organization. The company supports regulatory authorities in mandatory certification of food and agri products exported from India.
