With reference to the intimation dated November 7, 2019, regarding Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, Tata Teleservice (Maharashtra) has informed that as per the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/11/2019 to consider and approve Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019. Further, reference to the letter dated November 7, 2019, regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for the Designated Persons shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public.
