S Chand and Company’s board has approved the merger between its Wholly Owned Subsidiaries namely Eurasia Publishing House and Chhaya Prakashani. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 12, 2019. The merger will result in economy of scale including reduction in overhead expenses relating to management and administration in better and more productive utilization of various resources.
