Medi-Caps’ board has decided to commence the business activity related to Real Estate. The company will build a commercial complex in the name and style of Medicaps Business Park on the surplus land available admeasuring about 87,479 Sq. Ft and the construction of about 1,44,000 Sq. Ft.
Under this project, Medi-caps will provide its surplus land and Shri Sai Buildcon will act as a Developer who will construct the business park. Both the parties will enter into a Joint Venture agreement & will work accordingly. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 14, 2019, has decided for the same.
