Physical Rubber prices witness some weakness on Saturday

Physical Rubber prices showed some weakness on Saturday amidst scattered transactions in the market, while concerns over ongoing supply crunch following a fall in global output limited the downside. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 129/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to 126.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 127/ kg.

In the futures market, December delivery gained to Rs 128 compared to its previous closing of Rs 127.47 on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
