Peoples Investments has informed that in accordance with Regulation 15 of Chapter IV the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 the paid up equity share capital does not exceed Rs 10 Crore and the Net worth does not exceed Rs 25 Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year, 31st March, 2019, therefore, the Company is not required to submit disclosures for related party transactions for the half year ended on 30th September, 2019 pursuant to Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
