Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bazel International has informed that Chandni Arora, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company has resigned from the services of the company with effect from 20th November, 2019. The Company accepted her resignation and has relieved her from the official responsibilities with effect from 20th November, 2019. Her Successor will be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
