Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters has informed about submission of a Notice of Postal Ballot and Postal Ballot Form and confirm that the Company has completed dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice, accompanied with Postal Ballot Form and self-addressed pre-paid Business Reply Envelope, on Friday, 22 November 2019 to all the members registered as on 15 November 2019, through permitted mode of dispatch, seeking their approval on Special Resolution referred to therein, by way of postal ballot, including e-voting. The voting period started on Saturday, 23 November 2019 at 9.00 am and ends on Sunday, 22 December 2019 at 5.00 pm, subsequent to which the voting module shall be disabled.
