In furtherance of letter dated November 16, 2019 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015(Listing Regulations), Reliance Communications has informed that the Committee of Creditors of Reliance Communications (RCOM) at its meeting held on November 20, 2019 considered the resignations tendered by the following directors and expressed a unanimous view that the resignations cannot be accepted and instructed the Resolution Professional to convey to the directors to continue with their duties and responsibilities as directors and provide all cooperation in the corporate insolvency resolution process, at least until the completion of the insolvency resolution process of RCOM: Anil D Ambani, Ryna Karani, Chhaya Virani, Manjari Kacker, and Suresh Rangachar.
