Technocraft Industries (India) has divested its entire investment in its subsidiary LLP -- Shreyan lnfra & Power LLP for consideration of Rs 3.64 crore. Final agreement shall be entered on November 28, 2019. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 14, 2019 had given in-principal approval for the said transaction.
Technocraft Industries (India) is engaged in the manufacturing of drum closures, tubes and scaffoldings, knitted and crocheted cotton fabrics, textile garments, and preparation and spinning of cotton fiber.
