According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 1142.22 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, September 18, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 113.92 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 638.41 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 629.41 crore while the bought stock options worth Rs 11.68 crore.
