3I Infotech has incorporated step-down subsidiary by the name of ‘3i Infotech (Canada) Inc.’ in the Province of British Columbia, Canada on November 26, 2019 (Pacific Time) to tap business opportunities and to cater to the customers in that region.
This new subsidiary is a company limited by shares and is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of 3i Infotech Holdings (Mauritius).
3I Infotech is a global Information Technology company providing software products, IT services and Business Process Outsourcing for a variety of industry verticals including Insurance, Banking, Capital Markets, Mutual Funds & Asset Management etc.
