NCLT vide its order dated 3rd December, 2019 has recalled its orders dated 22nd October, 2019 and 25th October, 2019 in respect of admission of petition filed by Scorpion and appointment of the IRP respectively. Indrajit Mukherjee has been discharged from his role as the IRP vide the aforesaid order. In view of the aforesaid, the management has now been restored back to the Board of Directors of the Company.
