Also to pave the path of shareholding/ acquiring the same in future; and to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Mutual Marketing synergies with an Indian Engineering Services company specializing in product development with CAE and FEA for faster growth in Mechanical Engineering Services.
